With proper care — cool water, trimmed stems, and a clean vase — your blooms will typically open beautifully and last several days to a week.

We include simple care guidance with every order.

Because our peonies are seasonal and prepared specifically for each order, refunds are available until fulfillment on your order begins.

Once preparation is underway, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.

That said, your experience matters to us. If your bouquet is delivered and you are not satisfied for any reason, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement order at no additional cost, subject to seasonal availability.
