Order Communication

You will receive email and SMS updates as your order begins processing, and again once your bouquet has shipped.

Bouquets are prepared and shipped early to mid-week, with deliveries typically arriving Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, depending on bloom timing and destination. These updates are designed to keep you informed as the season moves — quietly and clearly.

Shipping Details

All fresh peonies are sent via overnight shipping to ensure quality upon arrival. A physical street address is required, as deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Delivery timing is guided by the bloom and may vary slightly as the season unfolds. While we are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date or time, you may request a preferred delivery window by noting it in the special instructions at checkout. We will always do our best to accommodate.

Seasonal Indulgence Orders (3 Deliveries)

Seasonal Indulgence bouquets are delivered every other week, across three scheduled deliveries, beginning early-mid May.

This bi-weekly rhythm allows each delivery to reflect a distinct moment in the peony season.
